Shelly has been a friend of Refuge of Light for some time facilitating the Drama Queens for the King Club and ministering to the girls in our local shelter. As a psalmist and writer, she spends time at conferences, retreats and churches sharing the Word of God, her life with Christ, and delivering messages through song and poetry that He has placed in her heart.
